Asking if got a letter …from SSA
“We are unable to take your call right now, goodbye.”
Is that their busy signal or are they down?
@Draco#138005 I called and the guy seemed like he wanted to do anything but answer the phone - kind of sounded like he was eating 
He just answered “Hello” and nothing else. I said “Hello, this is <name> and I received a recorded message regarding some kind of problem with my SSN and to call this number… am I calling the correct number for this?”. He paused a good 5 seconds or so and said “What did you say?” in a very casual, like he could care less manor. I had to ask if he was still there a couple of times, if he had heard me, etc… all met with long pauses after each query, and eventually he just hung up. They usually don’t get this despondent until around the end of the day around quitting time.
Try 0927 it rings but could be them I conference together 0925 … Seems piss them off … But it doesn’t answer tho think it’s them… not sure
