They wont answer as “Social Security” when you call them, so just tell them that youre looking for the Social Security Office.

Now it says then on hold for qp please remain line for next avail. Agent …then on hold for 10 min … does it take up their lines when they have 2 on hold for hella days?? like is it using the line so they can’t receive calls ??
