@Asta#151069 Verified at 0522 GMT. Posing as Best Buy but could not remember that fact until I asked him three times.

@JusticeinTexas#151113 Couldn’t drag Best Buy out of them… first it was the Refund department of my computer store. Then it was the Refund department of Microsoft Windows. Then it was the Refund department of Windows. Then it was just the Refund Department and they were going to deactivate my computer software. Then it was the Refund Department of my PC. What a joke these guys are.
