Number is a third-party landline in Kingston, Ontario. I called from a vacant lot in the Quebec Town of Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!, Quebec, G0L 3S0 (yes the exclamation points are part of the town name)
Still nobody can reply en francais..
No variation, I was denied a French speaking agent, as the “orificer” said I am a criminal so I have no rights. LOL
He claims the Income tax act over rides the Canada Constitution LOL
