They take their good sweet time answering, but they are available to assist us and hopefully set up a payment plan that will be acceptable for all parties involved!

This piece of trash spent 25 minutes trying to get money out of me after I told him I was disabled and only made 12000 a year on disability. I really am disabled and make less than that. I cried and hyperventilated and he still said I would be arrested and go to jail for 5 years and owe 75,000. He wanted me to go to Valgreens and get iTunes cards after I told him I was home alone with no vehicle. I am afraid I finally lost it on this guy calling himself Chris Martin and let him have it. I rarely swear but I did today. It was so maddening that he was so cruel and indifferent. He just wanted to read his script and get his money. BLOW THIS NUMBER UP. If you want, call and say you are Savanna Fairbairn’s father and why are they scamming a handicapped girl,

I can't remember the exact date, but on one call I made, the Officer told me to google his name and badge ID to verify he is indeed who he says he is. So I do and there is a page with his name, his bio and picture of a Caucasian male. The dead giveaways (aside from the photo, obviously!) were that the URL was for irs.com instead of irs.gov and at the bottom of the page was a logo that said the page was created using some third party webpage creation tool. When I asked him about those, he told me when the "cops" show up to arrest me, I won't be asking anymore questions about him. Good times...
Oh my gosh, that is just too funny! I still find it hard to believe that they think they sound American. I feel bad for real Indian-Americans because they are getting a bad rap. But ATT is using them now for customer service and when my husband hears that voice, he asks to speak to someone who can actually be understood. The ATT service techs who have come to the house say they have the same problem. One gave us his home phone and said to just call him personally when we needed service!
I’m running my call flooder at them and am trying to tie up all their phone lines with a nice little message.

@G_H05T#26167 I just called on FIRErtc using a scammers 202 number and a woman answered IRS can I help you. So they were still up as of 1500 Central Time. (I love using scammers own numbers to call scammers, by the way!)
