Scammer will send random friend requests to users on Discord. Once accepted, they will ask if you own your Steam account, as they “accidentally reported” it for “doing illegal buying product” and urged you to contact “AustinP” on Discord to revoke your “pending IP ban”
The fake “Steam Admin” asked for a screenshot of the conversation, then confirmed that there is a “pending ban” on your account.
They asked for a screenshot of my Steam purchases list, so I responded by sending a Grabify link to youareanidiot.cc. They refused to click the link, blocking me in the process.
