Just wondering, what is the scam here? Is this guy going to demand a payment?
They will likely ask you to provide some Steam account recovery documents (such as your transaction history) which they will then use to gain access to you account (that is done by impersonation and finesse of the Steam Support generally speaking.) That is followed by the obvious looting and transferring through gambling sites to their main treasury.
