I’ve yet to call a scammer for time wasting , i’m wondering if the numbers i’m dialing are IN The US and I have a US ip, do they even care that I would have a southern english accent? are excuses like I just moved here etc reliable?
They usually don’t give a shit. They just want to scam you and take your money.

I’m from NZ with an NZ accent. Wasted 2 hours of a call centre today. Not once did they take notice. They never have. Although your accent might be heavier. I’m gonna assume there are sooo many different ethnicities in the US they would hear different shit everyday
Yep, there’s a lot of accents in the US. If they can manage to scam people with the deep southern drawl, I don’t think they’re going to care.
