if you get calls that say [ Atlanta, GA] it is sometimes a Scam but also a tracking number as well most people ignore those but some fall because if you pick up the number, most criminals may track you with those numbers so try to avoid calls that say cities number

Once you pick up, most people get your caller id and start sending robocalls
there is a bot that dials random number and if u answer, whoever sets the bot, gets ur number and either tracks the location on whoever picks it up or sells number info to scammers
