A large call center with SSA and IRS

I found a call center with multiple phone numbers doing IRS and SSA scams. Here is a list of numbers I have found so far:

IRS 631-635-8263

SSA 631-635-8277

IRS 631-635-8265

SSA 631-635-8278

IRS 631-635-8279

? 631-635-8280 A person answers and cusses at me in hindi.

IRS 631-635-8281

Check the numbers in between this sequence. There may be more. These are the ones that I verified to answer either IRS or SSA.

BTW today I had similar FireRTC voice quality issues… Hope it was just today.

@drwat#85205 Yes FireRTC does not always work great. The one thing that I have realized is if I talk when they are talking my voice is garbled. I have been working on letting the scammer stop talking before I start talking.

I was going through these calls quickly and didn't realize that I had used a well known activist name of Rosa Parks. As you know you have to be quick otherwise the scammer senses the hesitation. However, if Rosa Parks were alive today, I think she would be upset about these scams. I remember years ago when I received a call from the fake IRS on my phone. I realized it was fake and didn't get scammed. However, what got me upset was the realization that they were successfully scamming other people.
