First I found one number that answered “IRS how may I help you”. Then I dialed numbers going up and down in number. What I found was a huge IRS call center. I dialed every single one of the numbers listed below. Each number answers with “IRS how may I help you”. The numbers I skipped may still work. However, when I call them, nobody answers.
One scammer told me in Hindi that the scam call center is in Pune city in India. Pune city does have scam call centers but not sure if thescammer is telling the truth. He mentioned that there are about 200 scammers in that call center.
@AlanGreen2#49990 The Scammer I talked to makes about 20K a day. He didn’t say wether it was in USD or Rupees, or whatever currency there is. He also said that he’s trying to get a normal job. I called 516-303-8363. As of 7 minutes ago they haven’t been shut down yet. Not sure about the rest of the numbers.
In the past, it has only taken Vitcom about 2 hours to shut down a phone number, but it might take them longer because I reported all the phone numbers, not just one, but also it is at the end of the work day, so it is possible that it might not happen until tomorrow, and this is a run-on sentence, with too many unnecessary commas.
@ScamArrest#50113 good job bro . Reporting them is the most sensible thing we can do at this point . I wish we could just level the buildings with explosives because it would take care of a nicely concentrated mix of pieces of garbage on this planet .
