Since there is such a wealth of phone numbers with evidence recorded here. Why not spoof the phone numbers of other scam call centers when calling and or flooding the target call center? Along with other spoofing of phone numbers of course. This may help in creating a “feed back loop” wherein scammers try to scam scammers that are scamming scammers scamming scammers that scam scammers whom scam!
This may require a modification the BOB to show live numbers first and use those numbers as the initial spoof for the outbound flood attacks.

That is the correct category this should have been posted under. Now, as of your idea. Its not a good one. We do not encourage anyone to call flood. Where as this can cause problems as it is essentially a denial of service attack on a phone line. Which is illegal in most places. Also, scammers themselves spoof real numbers. So if you just decide to spoof a number that a scammer used, this can be detrimental if its a real business.
Thats why it must be done carefully. You hard check the numbers and determine viability of attack. I understand matters of legality. Its a suggestion for those whom conduct their own activities, off this site of course.
I still think its a good one, there are youtube videos of a similar style of scammers calling scammers. It creates an atmosphere of confusion in their scam call centers. Another deincentive for them.
