Are you familiar with the various “REFUND” scams going on in Kolkata (as Jim Browning exposed some)?
Can you find out who these groups are in Kolkata? Do they typically operate from 1-2 room operations? Are they Bihari in origin or local Bengalis or both?
Are you famialir with “BT” scam from Kolkata (British Telecom)?

Seems many have Punjabi accent.
Its currently lockdown in India, so i cannot move out. Can you give me proper address in google maps. I can understand Hindi in any accent and Bengali too. Language is determined more by the place of residence in india. In kolkata even non-bengalis speak in bengali
