I just called in as a granny who doesn’t know much about computers.
This was the whole call:
They put me on hold with this weird elevator music
Scammer: Hello. HELLO?!
Me: Hello?
Scammer (sounding very tired): yeah
Me: Hello, yes, yes, is the the Microsoft?
Scammer: yeah
Me: Ok, so, so, I have a popup on my computer. I was looking at cabinets and then.. (I then read what the screen said)
Scammer (still sounding very tired and irritated): yeah
Scammer: *hangs up*
I never got their name or anything. They didn't even say if they were from "Microsoft"
