@jerrycan1991#130908 These guys actually claim to be Microsoft in Redmond! When I asked why there was no mention of Microsoft on the web page, just Windows, they claimed that ‘Microsoft is a part of Windows’! I also recognized the ‘senior’ technician as that guy with the strange pseudo-British sounding accent.
