He sounded like a PCH scammer but he just kept saying that I had the wrong number. I am sure it was the same guy from the other number.

I had one do that last night. I called him and he said wrong number. Then called me multiple times after that. I answered and then he hung up
I called him and he congratulated me. I said “thanks, I’ve never won anything like this before!”
He asked me what I was going to do with the money and I said “Oh, probably pay for a couple nights with your mother. How many rupees would that cost?”
Most likely didn’t understand what Rupee’s are as it most likely wasn’t an Indian scammer. Typically PCH aren’t.
Reminder; not every scammer is Indian or knows what the Indian currency is.

I am quite aware of that. He did, however, realize exactly what I was saying when I said it and cursed me out in another language. Thanks for the information though!
