Same ol’ story: they call from different spoofed numbers and the bot leaves a voicemail about “student loan forgiveness program”.
I called them back and got people at 1:30 PM CST. They are US-based, it seems.

Yes, in a way, they are even worse, because they are a party to identity theft crimes to defraud their fellow Americans. Not to mention, they are super obnoxious with their bullshit spoofed relentless calling.
