He was confused that I did not receive documentation in my mail. ARE YOU SURE? They always treat me as if I am mentally challenged. Confirmation 00019522. He was Googling my burner number to identify me and could not find it so he asked if I had a landline and when I said no he hung up. I called back and he said we were disconnected. He wanted my first name and I asked what name he had for me so he hung up.
