Called this number a few minutes ago. They answered. For about 6 seconds I could hear a call center in action. Then a lady said “IRS how may I help you”.

Well I tried calling again. This time it goes right to busy. Other times it goes to unavailable. Hopefully it works later on.
Ok, this time I got through. A male answers and says "IRS how may I help you.
I had to try about 15 times before finally getting through.
