@CometPizzaDaddy#72088 They dive right into the script once you give them your name. No IS no zip code, etc. they just blather on and on. I lead them for about 15-20 minutes once I get passed to the closer “Roger Smith” IRM 2207. He was very aggressive about my $5898.00 L 
I kept him all the way to the 7-11 and then let him have it by asking him if he spoke Punjabi. He never mentioned his name or badge number. It went downhill after that.

The (979) 217-1012 number works. Using FireRTC. They are horrible at their script.
