had a call yesterday with them. Wanted to redeem some “security cards” (gift cards lol) in front of them but their screen connect software is annoying (your computer is updating…). He was fucked up in the end and said: “i knew the whole time you were playing with me” haha.

“your computer is updating” message is deceptive. Thy have blanked your screen while they look into your personal info, bank cached settings etc.
They are Amazon refund scammers
