Got very gutteral in about 30 secs. Shaun answered, asked him his real name, local time there is 23.21 ask for a time check. Answered Amazon and then asked him if was Facebook which he said it was. To really wind them up, whatever name they give, ask to speak to Shaun, Dave , John e.t.c.
