Gene Guard genetic testing scam is back! 888-864-2118 is answering calls and text messages now.

@MajorLeeAwesome @JusticeinTexas @ATG @HorseVG @Tillianne @CatMan @SouthernCulture_x @bgt5WDV @Sol @drwat - it is once again a Pakistani “Chipmunk Man” with his fast-speaking high-pitched voice likely associated with Merkavoix/Sansom scammers!

You are always welcome to, my friend! I’ve just looped you into the pharmacy scam, as well!

Also, if anyone can find out the names of labs behind Gene Guard, it would be great! They are blocking my calls now and did not tell me the lab name.

It’s likely a Medicare and Medicaid scam where there are some US labs that do unnecessary genetic testing and bill millions of dollars to Medicare. I’ve been reporting them to various government agencies and was recently on the call with one agency that’s trying to hold people possibly affiliated with Sansom accountable.

888-864-2118. Gene Guard also has a website where they have some more numbers (888-244-0999).

Yes, I’ve been reporting them to OIG of the HHS, as well as FTC and FBI. I actually had an agent call me and get my statement 3 weeks ago. Sansom scum is all Pakistani, though. I am trying to get names and locations of US-based labs behind them to help the investigation. I got a couple of labs that seem affiliated. Quite likely, there are more US-based labs behind these spammers, though.

The goal of this scam is identity theft where they steal elderly people’s Medicare numbers and dates of birth + SSN. It will obviously then be sold to other scammers. Plus, they do sham “genetic testing” and “COVID kit” scams with some scumbag US labs. They then bill Medicare fraudulently and defraud US paxpayers of millions of dollars… Infuriating!

Thanks for calling them and giving them hell! They deserve every bit of it!

I hope that we can perhaps find out what American labs are behind all that. I’ve already identified a couple of shady US entities behind this scam. Hoping to find more info soon.

Yesterday when the block of 386 - Palm Coast, Florida area code numbers showed up, the website details which was highlighted immediately was a local Florida entity of the same name, which are likely being impersonated by the overseas call center with these numbers.
They perform all sorts of scans and tests according to their website

They’ll impersonate anyone and everyone if there’s a dollar to be stolen through fraud and deception. There’s tens of thousands of active numbers every day doing this exact thing

They remained active again today

This particular system verification call was at 15:03pm EDT this afternoon
Extremely professional way of answering the phone, as has come to be expected from these basement level intelligence clowns.

Good point. Here is one peculiar aspect that’s very important to mention on my end. After years of researching and fighting genetic testing and other Medicare scammers, I was able to find out that there are often legitimate US entities, such as testing labs, clinics, doctors, various “sales bros” etc behind these spammers. What they do is hire a third party US or foreign telemarketing company that then outsources robocalls and robotexts to another scammy entity like Sansom. It is often a very confusing network of numerous sham companies which are very hard to identify and hold accountable. Some of them use stolen identities to open up the shop in the US. When investigators bust the entire scheme, a person who’s an alleged “executive” behind it is in fact a victim himself… His or her identity might have been stolen in some cases.

However, ultimately there are often US-based “handlers” in the very end. Interestingly, these handlers might even provide a legitimate service. They often know that their telemarketing “partners” are breaking all sorts of laws and harass the general public with incessant robocalls. However, they claim lack of awareness every single time. Some of them just provide unnecessary services and bill Medicare and Medicaid for them, while others are pure scammers whose end goal is stealing funds and identities of victims. Some of such US entities are run by local Indian-born and Pakistani-born US doctors and execs based all over the country. Others are run by US-born persons that have nothing to do with India.

While I’m absolutely unsure of the situation with this Florida clinic you mentioned, I think we can never exclude the possibility of them being behind the entire scheme either. There is a chance that they might have hired all sorts of illegal lead generators and other illegal foreign telemarketers to bill government medical programs for unnecessary services. There is a lot of it taking place these days. Sometimes, scumbags like Sansom are merely “hired guns” placing millions of robocalls, whereas the real profiteers are US white collar scammers based here… It is a very sad yet infuriating state of affairs.

I know a very likely reason why this Gene Guard fraud has been resurrected and a lot of robocall numbers are showing up again recently.
According to this article I came across while researching, it highlighted from 12 months ago almost half a billion reasons why having another crack at billing inefficient bloated big govco is worth another try
