After doing a bit of research, this may be a real company but these guys are impostors, or they created a fake website.

I have researched it. It is likely a fake website. There is no company under their name in California. Not to mention, Ecomm Consulting who also claims to represent them is registered under some residential address in Florida. Lots of addresses that all seem fake.
Not to mention, these robocallers may not even be associated with this company, at all.
Oh, and my number is on the DNC List. Reputable real companies don’t harass people on the Do Not Call Registry for years.
