Hmm, I tried this number again from a different burner and got a “Chipmunk Man” hold voice “Your call is very important to us, please wait to be transferred to the next available agent”. After brief hold, some Paki dude answered but then hung up almost right away.

When I used the PBX, all I got was “all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later.”

Yes, I agree. They respond to text messages. They rarely respond to direct phone calls. I assume it is because they are trying to evade the law. Could you please post any call back numbers here?

This is not related, but I did used to have a lot of numbers leave me voicemails. But I do have a “health enrollment” scammer. Their number is 855-796-2356.

This appears to be a scam. You should make an official complaint to the carrier NUWAVE for the use of this TN for illegal robocalls and scamming. The email of their Legal Department is [email protected]. If I were you, I would use the following template to communicate my frustrations:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally demand action regarding the misuse of telephone number 855-796-2356 on your network, which is being utilized for fraudulent activities impersonating Medicare. This number is associated with a Medicare Enrollment Center scam, involving illegal robocalls that constitute harassment and a violation of multiple federal and state laws.
The misuse of this number violates the following laws:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Prohibits robocalls and mandates prior express consent for telemarketing calls.
- Federal Trade Commission Act: Prohibits deceptive or unfair practices, including fraudulent telemarketing activities.

Thanks, I just reported this to NUWAVE. You actually barely see NUWAVE as a carrier, because it is not really in the competition of ATT, T-Mobile, etc.

Yes, it is a small shitty carrier that does a lot of VOIP for foreign entities. I think they might be owned by Indians… Go figure!

I just called the number, and it is parked for “special offers” but I am being connected currently with the Scammistani National Anthem as the hold music.
Edit: Well, I was left on hold, and then I think they put me on the do-not-call list after I pressed 2.
