Threatened to call the cops …called back and they said they were the Franklin PD (Impersonating a police officer is a felony)

just called this number it goes to a regular voice message… What scam is this?
@der_slipz#80741 how did u get the number and what scam is it ? because i called the number they guy picked the phone its not a scam its an innocent person so i dont blame the guy if hes pissed by receiving calls from us i googled the number its a company https://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/balloonee-toonz-franklin-2 can the mod remove this number 888-495-6144 thank you
