Additional information about this scam: Very long play to even get to TeamViewer. They answered the phone Microsoft Support despite it being an Apple popup. They are very eager to scam you, no matter how much false info I threw at them they coming up with new ways to get info out of me. (All false) Sound like they are working out of their apartments.
You are right, they are picking the call from different location. random guys.
