Can hear the Chod in the background on the phone with either a baiter/victim.
Now AT&T Chods can’t make up their mind!
Asked if I called before I said no and they hang up. Now it just rings.
Did you call from a VoIP service? If so, they check if it’s a valid number; they don’t answer calls from VoIP numbers.
