Currently answering. But they denied being “Microsoft support”.
There is a distinct clicking in the background, across multiple “agents”. The second agent claims they are Microsoft. These guys are difficult to discuss with.

I totally stole that idea. This Side Rick, meet This Side Stephen.
Something that’s slightly interesting, any calls that I place from a DC caller ID, are ignored. I wonder if this is some sort of concern from them? Just thought I would bring it up. Anyone else experience this?
