They’ll be feeling very frail I guarantee
I have absolutely no idea how this may have happened, but they “may” have received over ten thousand empty 1 minute long voicemails, mixed in with five thousand plus calls, rerecording a blank message for 60 seconds over and over again for nearly the last 12 hours now. 
Those numbers are climbing all the time to this very minute as I type this.
All I can hear is a huge mess of "Thank you for calling Bank of America headquarters, located at 100 North Triumph Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28255, If you know your party’s extension, you may dial it at any time. For the operator press 0, or stay on the line. To repeat this menu press the # key. Please hold while I try to connect you. Your call has been forwarded to the voicemail for Tim Taylor, no-one is available to take your call. At the tone please record your message, when you’ve finished recording, you may hang up or press the # key for more options…rinse, spin, repeat…over and over in all it’s reverberating glory, of 100 calls at a time doing that same thing.
There will be a Jamaican heart attack when they realize they’ve been royally fucked over and will be forking over a lot of cash for nett zero results on the victim front.
I really should stop taking wild guesses as to how that might have happened you know
