This Twitter account tweeted about it, the account seems to be owned by someone, as they were active into 2020. There are two links on the account that I found, one dead, but one alive.

This seems to be a scam connected to a Quickbooks scam! The number on the site is (877) 897-0829.
This Blogspot user may be our key to finding out who it is. A few new numbers, for travel: (833) 803-0002. For Quickbooks: (818) 295-3510. However, on this blogspot article they link to the scammers in question, Tripexel!
I have encountered these people before last August, their numbers do seem to go down quickly, so most of these numbers, number in original post included, might be down by the time someone comes around to do a little trolling. But it is interesting to see that they seem to have some business with Quickbook scams as well.
Found this other Deviant art account with airline and QuickBooks scam ad images using the same numbers.
