Are you sure that it is not a spoofed number? It’s some sort of a travel agency that has this TN. They may be legit, perhaps?
Currently investigating, but appears to be fraudulent as their mailing address of 457 Rainbow Avenue. Los Angeles, California is nonexistent.
I ran the website through the Wayback Machine and found that they have previously used 855-421-6397 (Call Haven Partners) as their phone number, which is now parked for a Pick-A-Scam. The website operates off of an American IP address operated from Hostinger in Cyprus.
The anonymous comment left behind though… dates back to May 4th 2021
(855) 421-6397 → Active/Answering now. Being used to run a $100 RETAIL REBATE SCAM!
Bhenchod told me activation fee is $2.99, another $2.95 - wants checking, savings, visa or mastercard account info, Call centre. They don’t seem to know how to block at present stages.
The only snapshot I had access to was on January 7, 2022.
I think it is probably safe to assume that these are scammers, based on their illegal robocalls and questionable addresses.

Answering as “Healthcare Solutions” again at this time, at least that’s what I’m getting. Medicare Parts A+B free benefits/discounts [scam?]. Transferred to an American female calling herself “Vanessa” @ “Select Quotes Senior”. Told me the website is selectquote.com but also told me they are running ads on other {undisclosed} sites!
Told her my D.O.B is August 5th 1970 making me 54 in 2024 and my zip code is 60411 making me live in Chicago Illinois.
“Vanessa” didn’t even bother attempting any verification or questioning my disclosed information → Apparently couldn’t even tell by my voice either that I am of course nowhere near 54 LMFAO and the fact I was calling from a (260) area code number meaning I would in fact be, character wise, located somewhere in Northeast Indiana instead. She then proceeded to connect me to an actual “advisor” to the state I claimed to be from which in this case was Illinois of course - I was connected with another female calling herself “Francis”.
It would appear the third transfer has the agent doing the main dirty work? First it just to confirm if the victim is interested, second is with the company collecting first part of personal information and the third (fuck knows what as I decided to hang up at this point LOL).

UPDATE
(855) 224-4287
Seems when you call straight back, when you press Option 1 again to hear what’s “available”, it says it can’t connect you and sends you back to the main IVR menu where you have the same choice for Option 1 again, but, Option 2 - when you press it to allegedly call back after a missed call / about an existing service it just hangs up on you.
There is a history on a lot of numbers, which will change regularly to different crazy things which have not been heard of before or in a particular format.
Yesterday there was a very large consecutive block of numbers (36 of them) which all hosted a ridiculous timeshare swindle under the guise of being selected for a 3 night stay at a casino resort hotel in Las Vegas for $89
This is a recording from approximately this time yesterday on this number
8555661691
They were answered by low class Americans who then went on with a fairly normal load of crap which ends up with you signing up for a timeshare seminar where the closers often swindle older people out of tens of thousands of dollars and they get nothing but headaches and heartache in return for their alleged investment.
Today on nearly all of the numbers there is now a multi offer leadgen or a straight up normal savings & rewards line $100 retail rebate voucher, which is on hundreds of thousands of other numbers
This is what the menu offers are now on the same number 24 hours later
I cycled through the options until it got sick of it and hung up on me
You can only call the same group of numbers 3-4 times before it says it is no longer a working number, please hang up and try your call again
They are still active. The bot is currently asking if you are 50 years of age or older. If you choose “yes”, you get connected to “Medical Alert Device Specialist” (a foreign scammer) or a “Medicare Specialist” scammer.

855-224-4287 is still actively scamming.
626-691-5497 and 855-224-4287 are still actively scamming. They have multiple scams taking place, such as “travel packages”, discounted cable and Internet and even discounted home alarm systems. I went through prompts for “free or discounted cable and Internet” and got an American-sounding scammer.
