Additional information about this scam: These callers robocalled me from a spoofed number. I am not anywhere near Medicare age, yet these people bothered me. If you call them back, there are Filipinos answering. Here is some additional info on them:

Someone with an American accent answered. She said you dialed the wrong number, but she sounds like a bot
Hmm, this is quite interesting. I had Filipina scammers answer earlier today and yesterday. I did have to go through the IVR that sounded American at first. I suspect that they are using bots when challenged or overwhelmed, or perhaps they forward calls to a legit US company… I had that happen with these scumbags before.

Ah, the worst of the worst - American criminals defrauding their own people… I definitely will be calling them back tomorrow to tell them how I really feel about this behavior.
That and the tax people. Same thing. And the Medicare ones. Crappy Americans operating in the gray areas where regulation doesn’t keep up or get enforced. The Medicare one out of Florida is the most brazen. I get those calls all day. I wish they didn’t spoof their numbers so I could bait their center
