Flashing Popup. Banner to call number. Recorded or computer generated voice “Your computer is infected”. Could not navigate away, or close page. Task manager couldn’t close page either. . Posed as microsoft solutions. After a several attempts (real) Microsoft Defender quarantined the threat, I manually shut down power to reboot. Since they listed it as number to call, probably isn’t a spoofed number of innocent person, but used by the baddies as they rely on people to call it after computer is locked up and unusable. Someone feel free to harass these guys back!
