They have my numbers blocked so I can only call the from one line that I can change my number from, they just kept hanging up, but I finally triggered one of them. 
I’m using a voice changer too and wasting their time.

After pressing their two digit access number, pressing 3 at the next prompt getting a human male. He did not like it when I told him the sound quality at his end is very poor and buzzing.

I also got calls two calls from them today from spoofed numbers. The callback number for them is 855-718-2312. I pressed “3” upon dialing this number. I got humans there around 11:15 AM CST. The number is active.

11:39 am Central, I called for the first time the 855 718 2312 … after pressing the applicable numbers, I got a female “Sydney” that did NOT seem to be a live human voice but that sounded like an American accent. I’ll try again to see if I can get a live human being at 855 718 2312

Yes, I got Sidney too. I think it is a bot. I kept pressing “0” and other random numbers to eventually get a male scammer on the phone.

Having called 855 718 2312, I kept pressing 0 while “Sydney” was on the phone and I ended up hearing a message about calling customer service at what for me is a NEW phone number 800 531 5000.
So I called 800 531 5000 after googling it and not finding that it is a real number for AT&T, and I got a male robo voice and I said I want to become a customer of Direct AT&T and I am on hold now … I am pressing 0 now and again but am on hold with a female voice giving info about AT&T 5 G, blah blah blah …
Geez, how many numbers do these criminals have? Too freakin’ many!

Got done baiting the losers. Guy on the phone I called back said I had “bad credit” from the fake info I gave him, these guys want Name, SSN, Address, DOB, Card Number and sometimes your phone number. I told him some very rude words after he told me about my bad credit and broke out the ear rape boo’s on the soundboard.

Hviezdoslav, yes, there are even articles about them. They are well-known in several states. You can just Google it. They have scammed numerous Americans already.
And in some cases at least, they use the robo voice system rather than paying always live human beings to do the scamming. Bastards.

Two ongoing issues that I can easily identify here: 1. Dishonest and obnoxious American VOIP providers that enable these scams and refuse to address the issue (we all know at least one of them; hint, it starts with an “O”). 2. The Government of India that does not hold them accountable, claiming they’re not really aware of them.

If the 855 718 2312 is a scammer phone number, why would they direct a caller to a real and legitimate number?
