Extra Info: Today is 10-Jul-2021. It is 3:10 PM Central. About 5 minutes ago this phone number was posted on the bobrtc website as Tech Support Scam.

I have called and am on hold. It is the same thing as follows when I called:

Thank you for Live Support Service. Press 1 to speak to customer support. Press 2 to speak to a live agent. (So what is the difference between pressing one or two???)

I am speaking to “Bruce” …

I asked Bruce at one point what is the difference between pressing 1 for customer service and pressing 2 for a live agent? Does this mean that you have corpses in your customer service machine? At this point in the phone call, he lost control and started screaming at me. After a few minutes of his screaming, he stopped; and calmly I informed him that his anger pleases and amuses us. He hung up immediately.

I have reported the number “2005” to the system, thank you very much! I really appreciate this.

he told me to put…um something, up my…something, and put it on vibrate, lol

Ha! Awww, have we hurt the feelings of these criminals?

I just now got a guy on 844 651 2005. 3:34 PM Central He answered unenthusiastically with only a “hello” … I asked, “What happened to your enthusiasm, you low caste criminal?” He did not cuss me but instead just started making stupid sounds with his mouth, like “LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA DO DO DO DO DO LA LA LA LA LA DA DA DA LA LA LA” He did this for at least 2 or 3 minutes and then he hung up.

He KNOWS that they are being harassed and FLOODED!

Haha! @SM45, that was funny. Before he hung up, he threatened to SMASH YOUR HEAD Ha!

Haha, @SM45! That guy needs some mental help! I do not know if he has the right temperament to be a scammer. What is he like when he gets home after his shift? He is probably mumbling incoherently and banging his head against the kitchen table over and over and over.

@anon9219891 Your Call Flooding System is going to drive them INSANE!

For the number “2005” there is still 240 calls. 240 calls at the same time… So for example let’s take 240 times .07 - ( Usually this is how much the carrier charges approximately. ) Now let’s do it for every minute.

– Figure out the math now! :stuck_out_tongue:

The IVR has totally changed

844 651 2005 Just now I called it again and ended up getting a voice mail machine for some Mathew. Yeah they have changed the IVR

It sounded like a legitimate person, maybe they forwarding calls to legit company.

I called 844 651 2005 and eventually got a message machine for Edwin

Yes, sometimes that does happen.

I did not leave any messages for Mathew or Edwin. I was wondering the same thing, SM45. Maybe they are forwarding the calls to somewhere else, to possibly a legitimate company.

It is, this is why the system temporarily paused, it also researches " Legit " numbers so I don’t have an audit.
