Additional information about this scam: URLScan.io screenshot: 12apple0s-secondary.z13.web.core.windows.net - urlscan.io Somehow number is very similar to yesterday’s post (833) 571-1923 Apple Support SCAM (833) 471-1923 instead of (833) 571-1923. Maybe scammers were so dumb that they made a typo.

Very strange…(833) 471-1923 told me to power off and power on my device after evaluating me as not eligible for their scam, and then i got this text as i was talking to them.

Do we have a scammer payback-esque person monitoring this call center and contacting scam victims(including me)? I called the number, and it sounds like an American woman on the voicemail.

Very interesting

The text comes from Aspre, a nonprofit US-based anti-scam organization.

Yes, i googled aspre and chatted a bit with my would-be savior. They’re monitoring calls and contacting victims; i hope I’ll be able to do that someday

It’s good to know that there’s an organization dedicated to helping scam victims. They have a volunteer button I think, you may sign up with them if that’s what you like. I think you’ll enjoy the job - volunteering is always a good thing, and assisting scam victims is notable work.
