Why does BobRTC tell me immediate hung up?
Because the same as every other number which gets put on BobRTC they are not always active in the sense that even scammers have office hours of unavailability unless they are truly a 24/7 scam and even then they do not always answer.
Long story short - try the number again later and you may just find that you get an answer.
