dude kept asking for me to read out full email/invoice number, he hung up as I tried unsuccessfully numerous times to stall.
I didn’t get any info just # she showed me
the email but its a secretary who showed me. you can still hoard them tho
no longer answering as of 2:05pm PST. just rings endlessly. they must be tired of getting flooded 
answering as “support” now
