Currently active. Just called and the guy answered “hello” so I asked if this was Geek Squad and he said yes, this is Best Buy Geek Squad suppoat. Received an email from Jonse Albert [email protected] with a PDF attachment showing the item pictured below.
As usual, I’m at work so I didn’t try to carry on a conversation with him. Go make him regret his choice of occupation!
Everyone must be hitting them hard already. Just tried to call from a different number and I got a recording saying no one is available to take my call

LoL. They are too dumb to learn much of anything. I just spoke to “Alan” I told him I have an issue with my computer. He asked what was going on and I told him that Hillary Clinton deleted all of my emails, I think she’s hacking my computer.

I’m on my lunch hour now. Just called them a few times from a couple different numbers. They answered once but since then it just rings and rings till I get the voicemail.
They finally answered and the guy just kept speaking, I don’t know, Hindi I suppose without me saying anything. No idea what he said
