Got connected almost immediately to some pretty jazzy hold music, I didn’t recognize the AI voice though. they are in a center and daniel.
I asked about getting the account back.
I asked their name. Daniel Patterson. and I asked about where they worked “F*ck yourself man” I’m off to a great start
