Scammer will ask for your full name, then claim an order was placed by John Michael in El Paso, Texas as an “attempt of hacking” before transferring the call to the “fraudulent department.” In order to receive a “refund,” you have to be “connected to the safe and secure network of Amazon” by downloading AnyDesk from the Google Play Store.
I pulled a @demurragereports and claimed my Amazon app was already open, the benchode told me to fuck off before hanging up.
