He was like “You are speaking to Mr Benjamin Stone with the claims department…” I think he said his fake name was. I was like “Oh, so I’m speaking to Mr Bumbaclart Scammer (from the Raasclart Department)?” Asked who I was. Very mouthy - Likes to block.
