@alangreen#30487 Hahaha! I wonder why they do not hang up?
@alangreen#30487
Idiot hung up when he realized I had a brain. Didn’t catch TURBAN TAX and WD1040! And the name I gave him was soooooo commom! (All that noise was me making the bed while on hold).

@alangreen#30487 I called them back a few minutes later and got a gem.

Another scammer won a trip to the Bahamas, but could not wait (for infinity) for his prize. Here is the recording.

@alangreen#30520 No actual trip? How sad!

The number is still active. I called them 7 times so far
@alangreen#30569 The “Mad World” on the recorder hold music made made my day. These guys are denser than rocks. I used their phone number as my CID, said my name was Ben K. Lowe-Day, and used the White House address as mine and I still kept them on the line. In fact right now, I have have one madarchod holding because I told him my Tesla needs to charge before I can go pick up my “federal vouchers” to pay my tax debt.
@alangreen#30569 That was awesome. As Gregory Hines mentioned, the “Mad World” hold music was hilarious. Very well-played.
And this has probably been asked before, but what do you use for your synthesized voice? It's a perfect sound to deal with these buffoons. :)
@6flagsray#30587 These recordings are not mine. The user named Eclipse: replace/u/Eclipse has provided these recordings for whoever wants to use them.
At the end of most of his posts he puts a link to the recordings. Here is a copy from the end of one of his posts:
"Check out my YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt9Iyoqi1klXpl0ZYjB07kA
Download my TTS Pack. You can use it to troll scammers without using your voice and add some funny effects: https://github.com/Eclipse456/Eclipse-Scambaiting-TTS-Pack "
His YouTube channel is hilarious. He uses most of the sounds from this sound pack on his videos.
I used the “Mad world” song because is is the most loudest and annoying hold music. Hopefully it rings in their ears. In the sound pack the Eclipse provides, there are about 14 different hold music sounds.
@alangreen#30589 Thanks for the info. There are some very creative people out there!
@6flagsray#30592 I found some more info on the internet. This is the Merlin Toolkit: http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/projects/merlin/ . It is speech synthesis project. The Merlin is free software. This is probably what Eclipse used to make his sound files. I’ll have to check this software out later on when I get time.
After “the jig was up”, I had a 30 minute conversation with the scammer about how he was getting a legitimate job next month. Thinking he softened me up, he would throw in personal questions here and there. He asked my age, birthday, social media accounts, marital status, contact information, full name, hobbies, etc. All this during polite conversation and usually after he shared information about himself. Obviously I gave him all fake information but damn they don’t give up.
These guys are still active as of 10:30 AM EST 5/16
What software do I need to change my caller Id and ruin these people? They have my number blocked
@Swaluver88#30657 I watched you video and gave it a “like”.
