(680) 213-6172, (442) 200-1419 & (316) 396-9449 - Medicare Impersonators Strike Back

These companies deserve what they get, when they receive incoming calls from scambaiters. I am curious if any American lawyer will betray his fellow Americans, and take 30 pieces of silver to try to stop the calls? I have two cease-and-desist letters under my belt from other industries, so I am a bit cautious myself. However, I admire anyone who does make the outgoing call.

Well said! I know some folks here got hit hard from that whole air travel nonsense. Not going to say much more, as I don’t want to get banned from the forum haha.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act - United States Federal Law

→ Enacted by [TITLE XI] of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub. L.Tooltip Public Law (United States) 91–452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970), and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 19611968.

  • Potential RICO Violation(s) in this scenario and in particular could arguably be of the ‘CONSPIRACY’ provision(s); 18 U.S. Code § 1962(d) = Conspiracy to Violate RICO (w/) Knowledge and Intent, Pattern of racketeering activity, Effect on interstate commerce… etc

Never thought RICO would be brought up against these clowns, though it might be worth looking into at this rate.
