This company called claiming they did marketing and that I owed them $5,000 or they would publish fake info about me online and make it show all over the internet. It was sketchy and fake extortion. The guy had a strange accent. I don’t even own a business and I have never worked with any marketing firm. They called my personal cell phone number. They won’t stop calling me! This is fraud and extortion. Their number is 631-741-1893.

@johnny122#82910 Are you 100% certain that they aren’t spoofing (altering/changing) their callerID before the’re calling you, also is it the same phone number that calls you every time or does it change? Finally, have you been able to call them back successfully on any of the phone numbers they’ve called you with? I tried dialing multiple times, but they all we’re sent to voicemail eventually. The voicemail box message was a standard sounding man whose recording was too muffled/quiet to make out. Just verifying with you, wouldn’t want the incorrect phone number to be posted. Thanks.
