@Lukeyy92#133889 The guy I got (the ‘closer’) was one smooooooth talker - exactly what you think of when you think of a used car salesman, complete with the bad jokes and fake laugh. He asked if I wanted the 4 or 5 year extension. I said “is that on top of the two years the dealer is giving me”, to which he indicated it was. He proceeded to tell me that with the 5 year extension, it would expire in 2025. I said “that isn’t a 5 year EXTENSION, it’s only a three year one!!” So he switched to, “Oh, correct, it’s 5 years TOTAL”. I played with him for a while, and when it got to the point where he asked me if I wanted to put it on a debit or credit card, I just told him “naw… not interested” and hung up. Maybe wasted a half hour of their time. I sure do miss the SSA scammers <grin>
