Extra Info: Got a voicemail: “Hi, this is Lisa with the warranty department. The reason I’m calling you to remind you that we sent you a final warranty. Notice in the mail letting you know that the warranty on your vehicle has expired. And this is the final call for you to renew the warranty before we close the file”.

I called these idiots and got humans at 4:47 PM CST. You would just have to go through a couple of prompts there before talking to a person. I got a person sounding Indian (isn’t that usually the case haha?).

I called them up a minute ago and got a human too after many prompts, told him I had a 2013 Wheego LiFe but he hung up.

Call them back and say like Honda Accord or Audi A6. The longer you play along, the angrier they get when they finally realize you are not some fool falling for their nonsense!

Since we are mostly dealing with Indian scammers, we should also see if they can possibly insure Hindustan Ambassador. These ARE true marvels of superior Indian engineering that embody the very spirit of India. It’s likely every scammer’s dream; just like American middle-class teenagers dream of owning BMWs when they grow up. After all, Hindustan Ambassador has been a top-selling vehicle in India for several decades! The pic is attached.
