He said the one without the warranty. I said I don’t know which one has one and which does not so could you tell me which car you are calling about. He was really confused as to what to do. So he swore and hung up.

At least you got some kind of response! Every time I've ever asked "which vehicle are you referring to?", they just hang up. They don't mess around if they think you are going to be a problem!
@Otis#136957 Sometimes I get them to talk to me because of my voice. I put on a really sexy one (not my fingernails on a blackboard one) and they cannot resist!
I call and just don’t say anything. The one guy picked up and was talking to somebody else in the call center. He said to his buddy “look, here’s another one. I don’t know if they’re playing or” and hung up.
