if it calling and it is saying bank of america, this is a possible spoofed number.

Please see the initial description of this number. It is used for both BOA impersonation and PCH. Scammers often have victims call BOA to confirm the balance in their “winners account”.

Then why are they posing as BOA before they ever pose as PCH? that makes zero sense to me.
They can change the usage of the number to suit their needs.
This number is for the same group of scammers…
516-507-3061 Publishers Clearing House - Sweepstakes / Lottery Winnings (SCAM) - #4 by sandbar It now answers as PCH, they may be currently telling victims to call 3064 for BOA. Or, they just forgot which greeting they have on the number when they sent out that last robocall. Both of these numbers have been in use for quite some time.

That last one makes more sense to me, for some reason.
Yeah, it’s the most likely scenario. But, rest assured, both numbers belong to PCH scammers. There are additional numbers in the same block for the same scammers.
